The Mongolian Chess Federation (MCF) under the auspices of the Asian Chess Federation and FIDE has the honor to invite all Chess Federations in Zone 3.3 affiliated to FIDE to participate in the Asia Zone 3.3 Chess Championships 2025 Open and Women from 22 April to 2 May 2025 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. | 1. 초청

2. Participation | 2. Participation2.1. All players registered by the national federations of Zone 3.3 can participate.2.2. 3. Qualification for the World Championships | 3. Qualification for the World Championships:3.1. The Top TWO - the winner and runner-up players in the Open section shall qualify for the FIDE World Cup 2025.3.2. The winner of the Women’s section shall qualify for the FIDE Women’s World Cup 2025. | 3. 세계 챔피언십 참가 자격:

4. Registration & Entry Fees | 4. Registration & Entry Fees4.1. In accordance with regulations an entry fee of US$75 for the first player per Federation. Their National Federation must pay this amount to be received by the Organizing Committee by 1st April 2025.4.2. For each additional (extra) player, an entry fee of US$150 to be paid to the Asian Chess Federation through the Organizing Committee by their National Federation by 1st April 2025. Fifty percent (50%) of entry fees shall be shared by Asian Chess Federation.4.3. The registration fee is US$110 for each participant and each accompanying person for registration including accreditation and transportation from the International Airport Ulaanbaatar to hotel and back.4.4. Deadline for registration is 1st April 2025. Late registration shall bear a fine of US$50.4.5. The complete registration form must include the surname, first name, FIDE ID number, FIDE rating and title, and passport details of each player and each accompanying person. It must also include the name, telephone/whatsapp number and email of the federation official in charge.4.6. A scan of the passport and ID photo of each player and each accompanying person must be sent by email to the Organizing Committee. | 4. 등록 및 참가비

4.2. 추가 선수(추가 참가자)당 US$150의 참가비를 아시아 체스 연맹을 통해 주최 위원회에 각 국가 연맹이 2025년 4월 1일까지 지불해야 합니다.
참가비의 50%는 아시아 체스 연맹과 공유됩니다.
4.3. 등록비는 각 참가자와 동반자마다 US$110이며, 이는 등록, 인증, 울란바토르 국제공항에서 호텔까지의 교통편 및 왕복을 포함합니다.
4.4. 등록 마감일은 2025년 4월 1일입니다. 늦은 등록은 US$50의 벌금을 부과받습니다.
4.5. 완전한 등록 양식에는 각 선수와 동반자의 성, 이름, FIDE ID 번호, FIDE 레이팅 및 타이틀, 여권 세부 정보가 포함되어야 하며, 담당 연맹 관계자의 이름, 전화/WhatsApp 번호 및 이메일도 포함해야 합니다.

5. Time control | 5. Time control:5.1. The time control is 90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.5.2. The games shall be played with FIDE approved chess clocks. | 5. 시간 조절:

9.1. 월드컵 참가 자격을 위한 타이브레이크 순서

10. Appeals Committee | 10. Appeals Committee:10.1. The Chairman of the Appeals Committee shall be appointed by the Asian Chess Federation president. The Committee shall be comprised of two other members and two reserves all from different Federations from among the federations present. No member of the Appeals Committee shall sit in judgment in a dispute involving a player or party from his Federation except where the dispute is between two players or two parties from his Federation.10.2. Protests should be submitted in writing to the Chief Arbiter within an hour after the round with a refundable deposit of US$ 200.10.3. If the protest is accepted, the fee shall be returned. If the protest is rejected, the fee may be forfeited to the Organising Committee. The written decision of the Appeals Committee arising from any dispute in respect of these regulations shall be final. | 10. 항소 위원회:

10.2. 항의는 라운드 종료 후 1시간 이내에 수석 심판에게 서면으로 제출되어야 하며, US$200의 환불 가능한 보증금이 요구됩니다.
10.3. 항의가 받아들여지면 보증금은 반환되며, 기각될 경우 보증금은 주최 위원회에 귀속됩니다. 이 규정에 관한 어떠한 분쟁에 대해 항소 위원회의 서면 결정은 최종적입니다. |
11. Hotel Accommodation | 11. Hotel Accommodation11.1. All players and accompanying persons must register through the organizers at the official hotel “4- or 5-star hotel to be announced”.11.2. Free board will be provided to the invited players from noon of 22 April (dinner) to 2nd May (breakfast). All invited players are accommodated in double rooms only. Anyone needing single rooms should bear the difference.11.3. Hotel payments for all extra players and accompanying persons must be made in advance before Technical Meeting.11.4. Players who have conditions in above item 2.2 will be provided double room, if players want to move to single room they must pay the difference of 20 USD per person per day to the organizer.11.5. Cost for full board and lodging (with breakfast, lunch & dinner) for additional (extra) players and accompanying persons will be announced. | 11. 호텔 숙박

11.2. 초청받은 선수에게는 4월 22일 정오(저녁식사)부터 5월 2일(아침식사)까지 무료 식사가 제공되며, 초청 선수는 모두 더블룸에 배정되고 싱글룸이 필요한 경우 차액을 부담해야 합니다.
11.3. 모든 추가 선수 및 동반자의 호텔 결제는 기술 미팅 이전에 선불로 이루어져야 합니다.
11.4. 항목 2.2에 따른 조건을 가진 선수에게는 더블룸이 제공되며, 싱글룸으로 변경을 원할 경우 1인당 1일 US$20의 차액을 주최 측에 지불해야 합니다.
11.5. 추가 선수 및 동반자를 위한 전식사(아침, 점심, 저녁) 및 숙박 비용은 추후 공지됩니다. |

13. Visa | 13. Visa13.1. Those who need visas should apply at the Mongolian consulate nearest them. Invitation letters will be issued upon filling the registration application before the deadline. To issue an invitation for visa to enter Mongolia participants should send a clear passport copy to delegate@mcf.mn and provide visa form to 22nd March 2025 which is the deadline when invitation for visa could be issued. After 22nd March 2025 visa invitations are not issued. The following countries do not need a visa to Mongolia: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates (UAE) | 13. 비자

14. Airport Transfers | 14. Airport Transfers14.1. The organiser will provide airport transfers for the participants from New Ulaanbaatar International Airport in Ulaanbaatar to the Official Hotel and back. All participants are required to send by 22nd March 2025 their flight details of arrivals and departures. | 14. 공항 교통편
